Arrogant tool, never did like him so I am glad he is failing.

Be joining Rafa down the Job Centre soon IMO.

one of the greatest ever players...jst not cut out to be a manager

Can't be much of a plan if he's bottom.
Great player, bad manager.

Well he had a plan when he got Sunderland promoted in style. Who knows where all that went this season.

most good managers fail at some point. Remember fergie was only one game away from getting the sack at utd. I think roy has what it takes to be a good manager but i think ipswitch was the wrong choice for him. He did VERY well at sunderland.

Yep I agree completely, I think these days with the media pressure and whatnot, managers aren't given a real chance, and constant manager changing (chelsea) doesn't lead to any real success. Faith is needed.

^^ Would that faith include taking them down to the 1st division? At what point do you stop it?

faith used to be giving the manager a few seasons to impliment their ideas and such. Faith no is a run of 10 games without good results and you're out.
