So I purchased a item on ebay on the 15th of october, paid straight away, this item was for royal mail 2nd class recorded.
1 week later I messaged the seller asking for the tracking number as I hadn't received the item, no reply...
A day after that I sent the same message, to a reply of "sorry I have been on holiday, your item has now been posted", I messaged back saying okay thanks for your reply.
I still haven't received the item, seller claims was posted on the 23rd, first avoided me asking for tracking, then after the 4th time me asking stated that she never sends items recorded at all so she doesn't have a tracking(the listing stated sent by recorded) just a receipt for standard 2nd class parcel.
I haven't received the item still, although buyer stated posted over a week ago, I am slightly annoyed as they have received feedback from other items they sold from much later auctions than mine even though they apparently was on 'holiday'.
Do you think the buyer is having me on, as the item was cheap for what it was(handbag), but there was no reserve, and finally... should I leave neutral/negative feedback for this?
Buyer will not refund me either, she says she rang Royal Mail and they said give it few more days, or the case I opened will refund me in 7 days...
