I sent an item to a company and was provided with a returns service label to stick onto the parcel.
I took that to the post office and was provided with a 'Returns Service' barcode. It's been 2 weeks and this item still has not been delivered.
Seeing as the item was worth around £100 (well over the £41 compensation amount), I just wanted to know who takes responsibility for it. Is it me or is it the company I sent it to?
