Still a bargain, I'd like to see any whingers setup a competitor and take a letter from lands ends to the Glasgow by the next day for 65p

Thanks op. I still have quite a lot of first and second class stamps from when I closed my business.
I hardly ever post anything these days. Are they still postal 'legal tender'?

Really? They're at least 7 years old maybe more. Just checked the 2010 price and the profit on the investment is just over 58.5% on the first class stamp. My house hasn't increased in value that much! oO

Should have bought stamps.

I'd like to see Royal Mail do it with any regularity. I posted a small parcel, 1st class, to an address less than 15 miles away. It was posted 3rd December and arrived 31st December. I think I'm entitled to 'whinge'.
