i've recently "dealt" with a fellow forum user via the FS/FT section, after payment had cleared (last friday) i sent the item (last saturday) but the item is yet to arrive.
the item was sent via first class recorded delivery and seems to have vanished. the tracking number is of no use as it cant be tracked online. (whats the xxxxxxxxxxxxxx point then?)
where do i stand on this? how long must i wait before taking this up with royal mail?
im sure this has happened to others before, so please let me know of your experiences.
