Royal Mail tracking number help!

I ordered some things of the internet and they were meant to be delivered by today. The tracking number satrts with a FF. Does anyone know what RM delivery service that would be?

I've been tracking it since the 02/01 but everyday it says the item was received at the distribution centre but they keep changing the date! So today it now says the item was received at the distribution centre on 05/01! They're changing the date everyday and the parcel isn't moving!!! :|

What distribution centre is it? Maybe you could phone them tomorrow and say it keeps saying that you've received on X date, but it's said that since the 2nd? Ask them to check?

I will, thanks. Its the Northwest distribution centre.

Would be interesting to know what service the FF stands for anyway though incase I need to sign for it if it does finally arrive!

I would assume it's Royal Mail Tracked with an FF code, I believe it should be signed for

I too have had a parcel sat at the North West Distribution centre. Amazon dispatched it on the 4th, it arrived at distribution centre next day and has been there since. 'Waiting for Processing' is the official line.
