I had Sky+HD installed this morning and i'm pretty annoyed with the sky engineer. He was a complete ********, seemed as though he didn't know much and wasn't very good.
He didn't explain what he needed to do/was doing, didn't explain how to use sky-hd or anything. Just came in set-up the box and left. He also said that the sky+ features will start working within 4hrs, 4hrs later nothing, phoned sky and they said that he didn't phone them to activate it when he said he did.
As you can tell it annoyed me! Was just wondering if its worth phoning sky and complaining, i took the details off his van. I know i probably wont get anything out of it, but it might make me feel a bit better.
