That the reddish star to the left of the moon.... is Mars.... can you see it?

Nah, they`re talking about getting both of them in a picture. Basically, the telescope would be too powerful, and you could only get one or the other in the shot. With a camera, the power is much less so you`ll get `em both in view.

Not that it makes much of a difference where I live. I did get a cracking view of the moon earlier, but the blooming cloud cover has come in and I can`t see either of them any more. :-(

I was actually seriuosly amazed u know as when I took them I couldnt see anything red in the sky. the first pic I took without using the zoom was this...................
