Ryanair Flight prob

I was buying flights from Ryanair yesterday but their website went down and to start with I thought it was my pc so I tried again and the site just said there was a problem and to try again later. I ended up getting flights elsewhere and now it turns out the ryanair ones did go through so I have a set of flights I don't need and I can't speak to anyone at Ryaair about the problem. They just give you a fax number to contact. Has anyone had similar experience and had it resolved or have any other suggestions what to do?
Thanks

I had a duplicate booking with Ryanair (not with another company as you do) and they emailed me to tell me and gave this number: Reservations department +353 1 249 7793 - might be worth a try :)

Call 0871 246 0000 charged at 10p per minute. This is the reservation number, but they will put you through to someone else.

That number is for the Irish Republic! Way more than 10p per minute.

I thought calls to Eire were just normal rate from a landline - or is that only from Northern Ireland? i have BT and phone my brother all the time, it doesn't cost me any extra

Irish Repulic is more expensive. It's only Northern Ireland that's the same as it is part of the UK
