Ryanair's 'manage my booking' has been unavailable for four hours

Booking System Temporarily Unavailable
The Ryanair.com booking system is currently unavailable due to essential system maintenance.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this temporary system outage

I WONDER HOW MUCH THIS WILL EARN THEM IN CHARGES!!!

RYANAIR.COM TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION (11:30HRS 20th SEPT)

Ryanair regrets that its NewSkies system suffered a technical breakdown this morning at 10:45hrs (GMT) today which has resulted in booking and web-check-in services being temporarily unavailable on http://www.ryanair.com. Passengers should note the following:

* Passengers travelling today (20th Sept) with carry-on bags only who have already web-checked-in should arrive at the airport as normal.
* Passengers travelling today (20th Sept) with a checked-in bag should arrive at the airport 2 hours before their flight is due to depart as manual airport check-in will be necessary until the NewSkies web-check-in service is restored.
* Passengers travelling today (20th Sept) who have not yet web-checked-in should arrive at the airport 2 hours before their flight for manual airport check-in (which will be provided free of charge until the NewSkies web-check-in facility is restored).
* Passengers travelling tomorrow (21st Sept) will be unaffected and should be able to web-check-in later today.
* New bookings or additional services (such as priority boarding, checked-in bags, etc) are not currently available on http://www.ryanair.com until the NewSkies booking platform is restored.

Ryanair is working to restore the booking and check-in platform as an urgent priority. We hope to have it operating normally within hours. Ryanair apologises sincerely to passengers for any inconvenience caused by this temporary interruption to the NewSkies booking and web-check-in services on http://www.ryanair.com.

Carmensam - we have no direct dealing's with ryanair. You will need to ring/email them
