Received this email.

Dear Customer,
We wrote to you recently to let you know that Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand will be closing and that we’d be in touch with further instructions offering you the opportunity to transfer your eBook library to Kobo.

By choosing to transfer your eBooks to Kobo you’ll ensure continued access to as many of your purchased eBooks as possible after our site closes on 30th November 2016

You can transfer your Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand eBook library to Kobo by following these two simple steps.

Visit the link below and follow the instructions on the page. This link is customized to you and should not be shared with anyone else.
CLICK OR TAP HERE TO BEGIN TRANSFERRING YOUR LIBRARY

Create your new account with Kobo or log in to your existing Kobo account and agree to the transfer Terms and Conditions
By visiting the above link and following the two steps you will be agreeing to Kobo’s terms and conditions, including their privacy policy on Kobo’s use of your personal data, and consenting to the transfer of your Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand eBook library to Kobo.
Please note to ensure a smooth transition, you will need to use the same email address associated with your Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand account.

Sainsbury’s will not be sharing any of your personal data with Kobo.

As of 1st December 2016 you will no longer be able to sign in to your Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand account or download your eBooks, so to avoid interrupting your reading experience and for continued access to your eBooks it’s important that you transfer your eBook library to Kobo before this date.

I just followed the instructions in the email from Sainsbury's, set up a Kobo account - well I used my Rakuten one, and at the last screen where I transferred my books it just said I was being given £10 credit.

Wednesday is the last day to transfer books to Kobo.
As mentioned above, for each transfer you get £10 Kobo Store credit.
I had 2 Sainsbury's account and 2 transfers each gave me £10 Store credit. Hence got £20 total credit.

You'll need to use the Calibre software to load them on.

I have a Nook but seem to have missed all the emails about transferring, first of all from Nook to Sansiburys and now Sainsburys to Kobo. I do not have a personilsed link. How do I go about setting up my nook so that I can purshase books again.
