just tried to return a ps3 i bought from them 5 weeks ago due a fault (I have the receipt)
they refused and said that I need to talk to Sony first so I kindly showed them their own returns policy leaflet which clearly states
"so if your product is faulty simply return it with your proof of purchase within 12 months and we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund"
in the leaflet there are some exceptions none of which include ps3's or electrical goods
they still refused! I'm after a refund (as per their policy) so contacting Sony isn't going to help now is it
