Has anyone ever had any problems with Samsung customer care?
we got a fridge freezer from the a few months ago and we go the delivery guys to put it in the right place but to get it through the door they had to take the doors off when they did this they dropped a hinge cover on the floor and it got marked.
We contacted Samsung and gave them all the details and they said the send 1.
So far have had 5 of the wrong hinge covers! They keep on sending us the wrong colour or model number. We are still waiting on the 6th (hopefully this time it will be the right one)
