Samsung galaxy S2 Dial a Phone deal - Downgrade bolt on?

I am considering getting the S2 from dial a phone as posted by a member on this forum:

£21.50 p/m
100 mins
500 texts
500mb data

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/samsung-galaxy-s-ii-o2-21-50-pm-29-upfront-dialaphone/950496/?page=3#post11479054

However, will i be able to downgrade the 500mb data bolt on after one month? i.e knocking off £6 p/m

Will o2 allow this as i don't think £21.50 is the usual price for this specific tariff?

That's not fair or true for all cases is it?
I am keeping an eye on deals such as this, as i fancy a S2 or a Desire S at the right place to stick a 3 Sim card in there, so i'd not want any net access that i couldn't remove.

Im sure the tariff can be changed online by signing in to 'my o2' and upgrading or downgrading the data bolt.

Any one on o2 confirm this?

When I got the desire S from this thread over Easter, have a look particularly at post Post 484
However, i did end up returning my handset for a few reasons but once it did arrive, i logged into my o2 and was able to remove it. It gets removed from start of next bill cycle iirc

I got a tarrif straight from O2 themselves where I have to pay £149.99 for the phone and £10.50 per month (without the bolt on) .
