For those that bank with Santander, and are going to use their debit cards this evening, be it online or in a machine, be aware that their system is fubar'ed.
I've just spent over 50 minutes on hold to be told eventually by the nice scottish lassie that yes they do have a problem!
You'd have thought in todays connected world, they could have put a message up on their site, on the god-awful hold messages or even, you know the social media sites?
Beggars belief really. Still, she gave me £15 for the time spent on hold.
I've logged a complaint, but like previous complaints I don't expect it to get very far.
