Hi! I've a TomTom 920. I bought it from ebuyer for under £200 few months ago. It's a good device. Mine came with a TMC receiver. It receives the traffic broadcasting over the air and alerts you if there are any delays or accidents etc. in your way and can reroute to avoid the effected area. This is great if you make long journeys and don't want to waste your fuel and time in traffic on motorways.
TomTom 920 has a bluetooth built-in. It works as a handsfree. It can even copy contacts from you mobile (check compatibility) so you don't even have to reach your mobile to make a phone call either. It can also read out your text messages (Again check the compatibility if you mobile phone is supported for this feature).
TomTom 920 also has work as media player and can store picture too. It also has a FM transmitter built-in. So you can use your car's speakers.
Battery life is not very good when the bluetooth and FM transmitters are ON.
