Whats it all about?
Scottish Power would like to invite you to join its new Tell the Energy People customer panel, in order to better understand your needs as a Scottish Power customer. Tell the Energy People is an informal place where specially selected customers can have their say about Scottish Power, allowing you to express your opinions and suggestions so that they can improve their services for their customers. It also enables you to give rapid feedback to Scottish Power about topics which concern you.
The panel is run by an independent research company and will help Scottish Power to gauge your reactions and views on service changes and new ideas, helping them to better understand how you use their services.
Its anonymous, voluntary and your personal information and email address wont be passed on to anyone else.
What happens on the customer panel?
You will have the opportunity to discuss Scottish Power products and services with us, the researchers, and other customers through forum threads and blogs
There will be regular focus groups, which are directly rewarded with cash incentives for taking part
You will be invited to take part in surveys, which will each carry a cash prize draw
You can have your say on our regular quick polls
There will be a monthly prize draw for all active members on the panel with a winning cash prize of £50
