Anyone else finding a decrease in the quality of service since Screenselect were taken over by Lovefilm or became Lovefilm?
Takes an extra 1 or 2 days to get a DVD back delivered and they are slower to acknowledge the receipt. I sent a DVD back Wed night, and its still not showing up as being returned.
They also annoy me by continuously stating that I should put up to 4 discs into an envelope? ** off, you increase the price of the rental, worsen the service, and you want me to hang around and maybe watch another film before I send the first one back. I deliberately sent my last 3 in separate envelopes.
I dont think I am far from sacking them off.
