Hello,

Does anyone know if selling codes that retailers supply to its customers on ebay, well not allowed? Like for example, someone selling the 50% off code for dominos.co.uk, or any one of then discounts for laredoute, etc etc.

Bought a Johnlewis voucher off ebay, only to find out that it was the £20 off £100 code that was sold to me, with no mention of this on their description, grr, been crappy ebay buys lately.

There is some way they get around the ebay regs, by saying they are selling as an information ebook or something ??? The poor people who pay for these and don't know about HUKD ... :whistling:

Might be cheaper and less hassle just to sell a link to HDUK voucher section, How about that Paul? (Admin!)

Against ebay rules to sell links to websites I believe.

I'd imagine so, But it doesn't stop the hundreds of idiots selling/buying referral links!!!

I think I'd rather email every single person bidding than watch someone elses hard work be sold. (The voucher section has mostly Mods and members codes)

My post was really said in Jest to the OP.

Its the same as people that sell free linux distros, Open office though :

To correct my above post, I wouldn't mind if it was one of the mods/Admin as through some form or another the money would always come back to HUKD and keep it running etc :)

Well, I contacted the seller, telling them they are not allowed to sell such codes on eBay, and refunded me straight away. At the end of the message, he asked me not to tell ebay or paypal.....:P

And what are you going to do... ? I'd tell them, as they are doing people out of money there.

I posted a link for free 2 for 1 days out vouchers for Flamingoland and hundreds of other places which are now being flogged on ebay and have resulted in some places now refusing the vouchers.
