If you don't have the charger they will offer less money for it.

You'll get a slightly better price if you have the charger as they grade the items as A, B Or C when they sell them and that grading depends on the condition of the item and what accessories you have with it...charger, box, manuals etc.

Do you pay more for items that have never been used/opened?
No, we treat all the goods we buy as second hand, however sometimes we do pay a higher price depending on the condition of your items.
It is very important that you remove all cellophane wrapping on games and DVDs. All application software, as well as PC CD-ROM games with limited user registrations, must be in its original box, full retailing packaging and sealed.

We offer more cash depending on the condition of your item. We break this down into four grades:

* Mint - Working phone in as new/mint condition. Complete with original box and accessories as sold new.
* Good - Working phone in good condition with slight cosmetic blemishes. Charger supplied. If the phone includes a music player/radio then it is supplied with headphones. If the phone has PDA functionality a sync cable and/or docking cradle is supplied. Missing original packaging.
* Poor - Working phone in poor cosmetic condition. Original or 3rd party charger supplied but missing accessories and original packaging.
* Non-working - We buy non-working phones. Non-working phones must be intact, not crushed or snapped in half. Non-working examples: dead, cracked, broken/bleeding LCD (screen), not powering up, speaker/mic faults, broken aerial, etc. Accessories are not required. We do not sell non-working phones. Non-working phones are either repaired, stripped for parts to repair other phones or recycled into base materials to be used again. Nothing goes to landfill.

I traded ( or was going to ) trade in my PSP 3000 have used a couple of times, all boxed in tiptop condition, instructions, Disk etc but I did not have original earphones, they offered me 30 pound less due to this fact.
Needless to say I did not trade it in and gave it to my Goddaughter . I would recommend selling private :) just my opinion though!!

if it is the old nano and not new generation with camera, then they wont take it anyway. i tried to sell my pink 4 gb nano to them and they said they only buy the new generation now. so if you planning a trip into town for it then just thought i'd save you the trip and parking/bus money.
