Selling over the RRP - need advice

As we know...''You must not list items for higher than their RRP, nor can you trade items for a higher price you have paid for the same item elsewhere on the site.''

My question is can something be sold here for more than the current RRP if it has 'added value'?? i.e A PS3 60GB is worth more than a 80GB and therefore can be sold for more than RRP?

Thanks for any insight on this.

Why would anyone want to buy a PS3 for higher than its RRP?
P.S A 60gb has no 'added value' from the rrp of the 60gb ps3.

Its a terrible example but what I meant was, although the 60gb and 80gb are the same product, the 60gb has 4usb ports, ability to play ps2 games etc. Does this mean it can be sold for more than the 80gb?

Not wishing to thread hijack, but does that mean you can't sell collectables on here ?

RRP of a 60GB PS3 is (well...was, when they were still produced) around £349.99. That would be your marker, but it's present day worth would be around half that.

Collectables can be sold at the mods discretion iirc.

Like midlandscomics said above, collectables are at the mods discretion. I suggest if anyone was thinking about selling a collectable item for over the RRP it would be best to ask a mod about it before listing it.
