Are you able to send things back to Amazon (not a market place seller) if they are not as expected when they arrive? If so at whose cost and how do you go about it? Thanks

pretty certain you can. I havent had any problems. give them a call (or get them to call you in the help section) they send you an email with a barcode etc to print off

if it is less than 7 days since delivery they take it back for whatever reason no need to pretend it's faulty distance selling means you get 7 days to return for any reason whatsoever

I sent some tins back last week, if you go into your account and click on the order, it will let you print out a returns form, you say why you are sending it back and put that one in the box/packet, it prints off a bar code and the address aswell and you stick that on the box/packet, just take it to the post office and send it off, get some proof that you sent it off.

I'd take that link with a large pinch of salt....I've returned about 7 items over the last 3 years, even one that was 8 months outside warranty with no problem.
