you will have to box it all up yourself and if you print postage online, you will have to print out the parcel label yourself and put it onto the package, i dont know about them collecting the parcel as ive never used parcelforce beofre but i assume you have to drop it off to the post office.

Weren't there any instructions on their site? You have to box it all up and put the address labels (to and from) on the box, there are usually labels for you to print out I think

Parcelforce are bad, bad customer service, slow if something goes wrong (ask BladeY!!)
I would never ever use parcelforce.......but saying that it doesnt matter who you use (parcel2go, parcelmonkey...)
Just make sure its well packaged and you take enough insurance out in case it goes 'walkabout' !!

They usually come to your house, plug it in to check it works, wrap it up with a bow and a squirt of perfume and take it immediately to its desired destination.

I have to admit it looks like you are paying for a personal service but trust me it is far from it.... there are cheaper couriers as already mentioned but you will still need to wrap it well and well protected. Allow for it to be dropped or get wet and make sure you selotape over the address to stop it being washed off. I always enclose a slip inside with my name and address.
good luck
