So i purchased "My Bloody Valentine 3D" from The Hut....well i thought i did!

I checked their website and i did order the correct version and my confirmation email clearly states I have also ordered the 3D version.

To my surprise the Blu-Ray showed up and it is not only the standard 2D version but is also a rental copy which clearly states "Rental copy: Resale restricted".

Has this happened to anyone before? I'm guessing the best way to go about this is to contact The Hut and basically demand they send me the correct version?

Rental version wouldn't bother me - but clearly its extremely unprofessional, but nothing unexpected from that bunch of jokers. I used to like the hut, but its one cock up after another.

Obviously the lack of 3D means you'll wanna get it sorted though!

Yes I agree theyre tossers,

I sent some stuff back for a refund and they said they never got it.. even though royal mail tracking showed it delivered...

it took me two months to get my money back,

it was only until i sent them the proof of posting they gave me my money back
