let me help you start....
1 cleaning jewellery with toothpaste on a toothbrush helps bring out the shine in semi precious stones.
2 massaging olive oil on the scalp promotes thicker hair growth.
3 putting a little clear nail varnish on the toe ends on girls shiny shoes will prevent them getting damaged quicker.
4 use the inside of your wardrobe door for extra storage buy sticking poly pockets for lightweight items or screw in small hooks for necklaces

A word of warning for those of you who may be regular B & Q customers.
Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get a few bits and pieces has turned out
to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you!

Here's how the scam works:

Two seriously good-looking 20-21 year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping into the boot. They both start wiping your windscreen with a rag and Windolene, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts. It is impossible not to look. When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say "No" and instead ask you for a ride to another B&Q or Wickes. You agree and they get in the back seat. On the way, they start messing around with each other. Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and starts messing around with you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen April 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th, and 24th. Also June 1st, 3rd, twice on the 7th, three times just yesterday and very likely again this upcoming weekend.

So, please be careful during these trying times.

If you get chewing gum on your clothes, pop them in the freezer for 10 mins then it will simply crumble off when you take them out!

I use £1 shop whitening toothpaste to clean bird **** from upvc windowsills that has stained the sill, then polish up with Mer car polish. I do that once a year/
Found this info from MSE. Put your washed quilt, sheet and pillowcases in your quilt cover to store in cupboard so its easy to just get your bedding out when you are changing bedding

Gardening; the white coloured slugs do the most damage; put a small line of salt on concrete path to stop them getting into your garden (they won't cross the salt).
Cut the stem at the base of weeds and put a couple of spots of vinegar in the cut - kills it roots and all.

Yes, but the beer ends up killing them.
They seem to be attracted to it, and if you half fill an empty jar with beer they will climb into it and drown.

If you use up the last of the toilet tissue and just leave the cardboard tube on the toilet roll holder, a new roll will appear on the holder as if by magic!

When cleaning a pan that you have made mash potato in, use cold water to clean it, the potato will come off easier than using warm water.
