I've listed some clarks kids shoes on ebay and currently selected uk only for shipping.

I've had an email from someone wanting to bid but for me to ship to bulgaria. He's told me it will cost less than £3.99 by royal mail airmail and has a 100% positive score as a buyer.41 transactions.

Is this ok?? Would you do it?? I know the postage costs are ok as i have the royal mail price list but can i get it signed for???

Thanks

I'd just say no outright to abroad buyers. Too much hassle it sounds like.

If they're Clarks with good photos etc you'll be sure to sell them to a uk buyer, x

Yeah there is quite a bit of interest already so they wouldnt necessarily win the item.

Feel mean saying no but dont want to be ripped off on one of my first items as a seller :-(

I may just be lucky, but I have never had any problems with my overseas shipping for my e-bay stuff. It has all got there (to a wide variety of countries) safe and sound. There is obviously risk involved, if your buyer denies ever receiving the shoes, you'll be looking at refunding him the money, period. I'd say go for it - and fingers crossed they turn up ok.

You would be better saying NO, but if you do decide to let him bid and maybe win MAKE SURE YOU SEND THE ITEM BY COURIER REQUIRING A SIGNATURE AT THE OTHER END,and MAKE SURE THAT THE ADDRESS IS A PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESS.
It will give you some element of safety but remember there are some very unscrupulous people out there who are not always from other countries.Ebay is ok but you do need to use your loaf. Have a look at his feedback score, what has he bought, what value are the items he has bought, get in touch with some of the people he has had feedback from. GOOD LUCK BUT IS £5.00 WORTH LOOSING SLEEP ABOUT.??,

I wouldnt do it, If they ask when you already have said it is not a uk sale shows they dont mind trying to bend the rules.

I dont bother with sending out the UK, dont need to. there is plenty of buyers in the UK all within reach of a 75p extra recorded sticker.

Let the dealers sell abroad and risk their money.

to add- i dont normally answer such messages with much more than a "no" if at all. I think its cheeky of them to ask when i have put "UK SALE ONLY" and blocked people that have a PP reg'd in a country to which i do not post.

i always say yes but i will only use a signed for service and quote them for that usually ALOT more than they paying for the item, They dont usually reply you can get prices off RM
