Hi there,
For the last few months, I have been getting pins and needles in my hands, to an extent it would wake me up at night. Would only last around a min or so
Also, I do alot of gym work and when I train my legs, I get a sort of a mini shooting pain in my foot
Last nite, In bed, I was lying down and got a shooting pain from my finger up half of my arm

What could this possibly be.

Nerve problem?
Anyone have any ideas?

sounds like nerves to me.

What does your GP say?

Are you taking any drugs/medications?

Do you over-exercise? x

The constant disappointment you get when Liverpool lose.

Go to your doctors for a proper diagnosis to be on the safe side ....

this could be carpal tunnel syndrome.

This can cause pain, tingling, numbness and even weakness in the hand.

Sometimes the pain and tingling can disturb sleep.

beachballalitis

If the pain is waking you up at night defo go see your doc xxxx

I used to exercise tons too..., damaged my knee cap.

Go see doc before it's too late and ease up on the exercising, see if that improves things a lil xxx

my niece suffers from this, think it affects feet too? google it

Why would you suffer with something for months without seeing a GP?

:?

Certainly sounds like it's blood flow related to me, all the symptoms are in extremeties.

Could be heart related.

Get it checked out.

It doesn't sound like something you should be laughing at!

What happens if you raise your arms high above your head for a few minutes?
