This happened with me, i ordered Call Of Duty 2, then cancelled the order, then it turned up on my door and i thought wow free game, but no they charged my card. well annoyed!!!!
#2
And I'm going to be out of pocket because I have to pay for delivery.
Could I just refuse delivery and ask for them to send it back?
#3
There are 2 steps to cancellation, you should get an email confirming cancellation. I preordered ASaints Row 2 and forgot about it, luckily got it cancelled for it got sent.

not sure.
#5
Ring them in the morning and explain you had already cancelled - they are usually pretty good
#6
firstly, i love shopto, they get me new releases early always, I'm only a few miles away from them so my stuff arrives in no time at all.

secondly, I can tell by their website that as a company they are a bit 'make it up as you go' IMO, so the odd mistake is made.

hope you get it sorted ok :)

Cheers for the help guys :)
Ill ring tommorow but Im at school when their lines open :-(
And what happens if the game gets delivered by the time ive rung?

Can you not email them now - I would say refuse delivery.

If you want to pm me the details I will call for you in the morning

Edit - actually me calling wouldn't help as they would need your card details to refund...doh

It can buy a house, but not a home.
It can buy a bed, but not sleep.
It can buy a clock, but not time.
It can buy you a book, but not knowledge.
It can buy you a position, but not respect.
It can buy you medicine, but not health.
It can buy you blood, but not life.
It can buy you sex, but not love.

So you see, money isn't everything...

I tell you all this because I am your friend, and as your friend I want to take away your pain and suffering... so send me all your money, and I will suffer for you.

A truer friend than me you will never find...

CASH ONLY, PLEASE!

:-D:-D:

Half way through the week by lunch tomorrow so its not all bad SJ

Mary was taking a shower when the door bell rang.

She grabbed a bath sheet and flung it round herself then answered the door.

Peter the next door neighbour was standing there.

"Wow Mary", he said "I will give you £500 if you let the bath sheet drop."

After looking around and seeing no one else was about Mary, tempted by the £500, let the bath sheet drop.

Peter gave her the £500 and disappeared.

Mary went back indoors where her husband was watching T.V. He asked her who was at the door. "Peter from next door", she replied.

"Oh good" said the husband. "Did he give you the £500 he owes me?"
