I ordered something from here the other day, It never arrived, now they send all there items out recorded delivery, so the proof is in the pudding that it hasn't arrived, It was sent out on friday by the way.
Anyway I have been in contact with them all day about getting a replacement, they say they won't send out another one till I send in a lost claims forms. This can't be right can it?
Surely as a consumer once I pay for omething and I have proof that it hasn't arrived, A replacement or a refund should just come naturally. I want a replacemnt by the way not a refund.
Surely they have the problem with royal mail not me!
Anyone have any advice?
