Am looking to buy a Nokia 5530 XpressMusic and found this as the best option for me.

I've decided to the Vodafone Your Plan 300 is the best option, with 300 mins and unlimnited texts for £15 a month. There is also cashback avaialble which is 13 months free line rental via redemption or £90 automatic cashback. I'm looking at the redemption method, as mobiles.co.uk seem to have a good redemption policy, i.e. 60 days time frame, ability to send bills via email and max 7 day response,as well as 28 days to clear. So long as i send bills of on the 1st day its around 40 days for my cheque to come so I have 20 days to fix up any problems. Is it worth trading with mobiles.co.uk? What are your experiences with them (preferably recent)? DO they pay full cashback promptly? Sorry if its long, just never dealt with them or a cashback contract before.

There part of the carphonewarehouse group and I never had any issues with CPW so they should be OK to deal with as long as you get everything sorted within the time frames.

They class clearance phones as ones that have been out once and come back under the 7 days to change your mind rule. They 'may not' come with all the stuff you get in the full retail pack. So you might not get the sd card, handsfree kit, case ect. Just bare that in mind before you order.

i know its a clearance but i can get at least £90 for it by selling it to somewhere like mazuma and then buy it back brand new for £100

Took a 12-month £35pm redemption contract (7months free) in August last year with mobiles.co.uk - after one with Phones4U. Submitted my first claim on 20th February, got about 2-3 e-mails acknowledging receipt, that staff were dealing with it, etc. Two days ago got a e-mail that the claim had been successful. Took screenshots when submitting the first claim, will use them for the other three claims. Hope this helps.

Got another e-mail yesterday that the payment was being processed and should be with me within 35 days.

Later today ordered another phone from them on the same 12 month redemption contract.
