*katie* - you need to restore first, and see if it comes back.
Do you know how to? You'll lose all the stuff youve put on it so far, but no point in carrying on as you will prob need to restore anyway.

If this is about the new OS.3 and your already on O2 then you probably did what I did...

After you have restored it using the downloaded firmware you need to unplug the iPhone and plug it back in so it registers with 02 then you can Jailbrake it...

...Or its probably fudged

iphones are notoriously crap at getting a signal. They work fine, but you usually get a bar less than you would on a nokia.

The aerial is also in the base of the iphone for space reasons. Try turning it upside down against something so aerial is at top.

Mine has been spot on since jailbreaking, i'd restore it, see if this cures the problem (if not, take it back for another) & re-jailbreak again

appsync if you wanna be naughty :P

But seriously... cure the signal problem first, as cydia apps are not backed up - and if you need to restore, you will have to do all the installing again.
