Not sure why that would be an issue for you, at least with the Betamax you knew you could watch whatever, whenever ;)

Prize if any one can explain why 16384 is important to the spectrum

A quick Google tells me....

The unit of storage in memory is the byte (a number between 0 and 255), and each byte has an address (which is a number between 0 and 65535). The first number after CODE is the address of the first byte to be stored on tape, and the second is the number of bytes to be stored. In our case, 16384 is the address of the first byte in the display file (which contains the television picture) and 6912 is the number of bytes in it, so we are saving a copy of the television screen - try it. The name "picture" works just like the names for programs.

Please do enlighten.

Rumbelows have old stock with them but at the old price £175. You're best copying them at your mates - there is no copy protection on them at all! If you send me a SAE and a blank tape I'll do it for you.

My mates lending me his tape deck, and I'll just pop into my local Woolworths and get a pack of C60 Cassettes. If you want I'll swap you a copy of Pyjamarama, Everyone's a Wally and Atic Atac.

What is a browser? Does this work on an Atari 2600 or the Binatone TV Master? Do I transfer it on to a tape and then load it on a ZX Spectrum? Sorry too complicated.

Got Daley Thompson's Decathlon, but broken my Kempston Pro Joystick again :( . Might be interested in Jetman, although I've just got hold of Atic Atic, Knightlore, Sabre Wulf from my Aunty. Can't wait when the Stamper brothers release Mire Mare. Just reading my Christmas copy of Crash magazine and listening to Do they know it's Christmas by Band Aid.
