Sold a Sky box to someone, and when it left the house it was 100% working, all channels were checked etc etc and it was packaged well (as I always do!)
The buyer is now saying some of the channels do not work and is asking for a refund?
Where do I (seller), and the buyer stand in this. Payment was sent via PP with fees paid, so I guess I'm at a loss as the buyer can just demand a refund anyway?
If a refund was to be issued, would it be minus any postage costs. Buyer as 0% feedback as a HUKD member, but a 193, 100% on ebay. We have 14 on here, and 79, 100% on the bay?
