Hey all, just a heads up to people who have a faulty Sky Box. I have had about 6 Sky HD Boxes since being with sky for about 3 years, after ringing up they said they would only offer me an engineer call out for £65, where the engineer comes out and gives you a refurb box which usually doesn't work.
After saying this was not acceptable the manager said his hands were tied. So I went through to cancellations.
Instantly I was offered a new Sky HD box and 6 months free HD subscription. Job Done.
Why can't they help customers on the first call? It took 35 mins on the phone for this.
Message to everyone with sky, go to cancellations and let them sort the issue out!!
