Hi, we've had HD for 2 months now, as well as another subscription (just Sky +) on multiroom, last night, went to pause, and the error message:
Sky + playback and recording are unavailable
Please call 08xxx for assistance
The Sky + in the other room is fine, just the HD box, all pause, rewind functions don't work, my planner has been wiped and anytime is not available at all
I reset the box when this happened the first time, and it solved the problem, but it's now happened again, and the reset has not worked
Any advice before I phone their 0800 service?!
The box is a Samsung btw
