Sky interference techies needed

6y, 3m agoPosted 6 years, 3 months ago
Hi any tech experts and I know there on many on HDUK!

When I plug in the aerial for the normal analogue signal into my Sky+ box the Sky picture goes fuzzy. Using Scart its OK but not on signal into another room via Co-axial.

Any help much appreciated.

Enjoy your weekend what ever your upto!

You need to set the UHF frequency in the Sky box setup menu. Since the current frequency is too close to a broadcast frequency there will be issues. On some days, you will receive no interference if the conflicting signal is too weak but on other days where a conflicting signal is strong, it may be enough to interfere with the current UHF frequency of the Sky box.

Don't forget to retune your receiver (i.e. your TV or PC TV card, etc) to the new UHF frequency!
