Yes they are right - when u got ur replacement in March you have agreed to stay with them for another year with them am afraid They read the terms and conditions to you over phone in a rushed robotic (and normally Indian) voice , and recorded for proof as ur acceptance

when did you take out multiroom? if it was over 12 months ago then you can cancel it no probs. I am thinking that you may have had a replacement box in March under warranty if that's the case then you can def. cancel. If you took out multiroom in March then you are stuck in contract........... hope this clears things up for you.

I have had it for more than 2 years and the replacement box was MY OWN old sky+ from the living room. I also bought the new Sky+ box privately so didn't invlove them at all other than
phoning up to reset the viewing cards.

So you've had multiroom for 2 years; 1 main box, plus 1 additional standard box (which you upgraded to sky+ in March?) you only have 2 boxes in total....... if this is the case then you are NOT in contract for the multiroom. phone sky, ask to be put through to cancellations and get the person to look at when the viewing card was activated for the 2nd box. should be no problems with cancellation.

Hope you manage to get it all sorted
