i was with sky for like 18 months.
I had sky and a month later took broadband.
Then i relaised the broadband speeds suck (was on max package) and i got constantly disconnected etc so i cancelled
they threatened me saying 12 months blah blah. 30 min argument with 3 staff i got my migration code which i forwarded and got my money back.
I cancelled sky in december 08.
But i just realised they were charging me the £10 for the internet yet they were not supposed to.
Even had they cancelled and charged me it should have been 12 months max but they overcharged me
I phoned them up and it seems i CAN ONLY WRITE to this department. That just SUCKS.
anyone know of a phone number? email address? or a quick resolution as i can see this taking months n months.
