Hey all, I have freezing and blocking on my sky tv, so I paid £50 for a company to check the LNB and dish cables etc, they come back to me saying its the box, which is out of warranty!!
A few years ago I had a similar prob, and sky basically told me where to stick it, and I had to pay for a new box.
Anyhoo, phoned them up, expecting a battle, they are sending an engineer for FREE!! and fixing it for FREE!!!
How is this, have they changed the policys?!
