For as long as I can remember, I've had incredibly bad problems with sleep! It's got to a point now that it happens at least once each night and it's very upsetting and scary! Problems include:
Waking up screaming - not just a short shout, but a full on, high pitched, blood curdling scream and thinking that my boyfriend is screaming in my ear when in fact he's trying to calm me down (something I realise once I'm awake)!
Thinking there's a spider(s) on/near me and jumping out of bed trying to get them off me.
Having 30+ different terrifying nightmares just as I fall asleep one after another. I'm able to stay awake for around 5 seconds between each but I cannot stay awake and it goes on for hours. Nightmares worse than any horror film I have ever seen and I'm shocked my mind even imagines these things!
Waking up in a rage so bad I slam doors and fear I may do something horrible!
Laughing/talking all night and searching for things.
Has anyone had anything like this and know what it is/had it sorted?
Most of the time it is quite funny as my boyfriend just takes the P out of me 'cos some of the stuff I come out with is hilarious but the nightmares etc are absolutely awful!!
