Recently I've been tired constantly from around midday - right till I get to sleep.
Ive been eating properly, lots of fluids and all that. But have been taking about an hour to actually get to sleep, finding it difficult because I'm so tired my eyes are aching, head sore, sore/stiff joints and how one bad ass sore throat.
Anyone got any tips about how to stay awake and alert in the day (when I need 2 be) and tips 2 get to sleep at night.?
Warm drinks, milky drinks, hot water bottle and even counting sheep, Dont really wanna take any drowziness pills or ewt.
