Is it for an xbox 360? If so you could always use a TFT monitor.

edit: this should really be posted in the Deal Requests forum

Just to be clear, HDTV = 720 vertical lines minimum with HDCP chipset for DVI-HDCP or HDMI port

12" Will be portable dvd or laptop solutions only, i doubt 12" hdtv product exists outside of the far east.
15.4" WS Is available as a hdtv but is rare usually meant for laptops and some pc monitors
17" WS panels rare on tv's from what I;ve seen, laptop screens more common, occasional pc monitor
19" WS far far more common than all the above for pc monitors/tv's and are about for £180+
20-22" WS are about for £250+ for the occasional tv, this and allthe above far from mainstream for hdtv sizes
23 or 26" are the far more common hdtv solution for £280+ if you look

Basically what you are asking for is just too rare and should look into a 19"/20"/23"/26" solution be prepared to pay over £200 for it...

Okay, but is it true, if you buy a LCD tv and a hd source [ie ps3 or 360] the image shows as HD?

All depends on what chipset the tv has and what connections.
Some consoles can do vga output so you could use a pc monitor.
The variations would go into the thousands.

If the 360 and PS3 can do VGA output I would recommend a 20 or 22" widescreen pc monitor, if you want tv as well though that'll be more cumbersome which is why i recommend a 23" or 26" HDTV

If it is for a PS2 and Wii then you don't really need a HD TV since the Wii has no HD games, and I think the PS2 might have maybe 3. (its not many either way)

Just look for a cheap LCD TV in your local Tesco/Asda.
