Each time I call my dad in the Philippines I get a minimum of 10 different Philippino's, and never my dad, this has gone on for weeks now. I then try to call him with BT or Orange and it goes straight through to him.
I lodged my complaint last Saturday morning as I realised the fault must lie with Virgin but in that time I have spoken to about 18 different people both in the UK and India who keep telling me I don't have a fault. If I don't have a fault, why can I not get through? Okay before I used virgin I could get through, sometimes after several attempts but always to the right person.
Makes me so cross, they are quick to take payments from me each month but not provide the service. I spoke to some arrogant call centre person this morning who said, "if you know there's a fault why do you keep trying?" I said I keep trying because I keep being told it will be fixed in 24 hours and to try then!
I use Virgin for Telephone Line, 400 inclusive minutes per month (which was great when it worked) and internet access and pay about £36 a month - any ideas where to start trying to reorganise this? I used to be able to call using telediscount for 9p a minute which is better than the scenario I have now but presume I need to get it in place before I cancel (which I can't do today anyway because they are closed).
