Hopefully someone can ease our minds on this one -
We are a couple in a 2 bed council house.
We are about to engage in a 3way swap whereby a 20 year old single female, who is currently with a housing association in a 2 bed flat, would be moving in to ours.
Does this satisfy under-occupancy rules of being allowed to have 1 bedroom more than required?
We're pretty sure it does, especially as she's currently in a 2 bed flat, but would value that reassurance.
