he didn't really "hack" it he just guessed the secret question, very lame. I don't know what you should do because this has never happened to me personally, but try contacting Microsoft.

you'd be surprized. when i was in high school i hated someone and guessed their secret question... I did give it back cos I felt bad :whistling:

yeah everywhere asks a secret Q now adays, usually 2 now for security.

yeah very easy to guess the answer to the security question, as its not a secret question becuase it asks you..... my ex was givin me all kinds of grif so I got in there and changed it, then did as much damage as I could - which meant setting up web forwarding from her modelling website to mingers.com

Yeah very easy really.

Sometimes if i couldnt get in i would hust start a convo with them and drop there secret question in there. 9 times out of 10 they would answer it.

The best thing to do these days is have a question like "my mothers maiden name?" and put the answer as your first school or something like that.

uh oh, looks like everythings been changed. is there no other way to sort this? i would be so angry if someone hacked my ps3 account, it has all my friends on it, credit card details etc.

I have had this done to me, what you have to do is to Email hotmail (or whatever email he was using) they have a fraud team, i answered about 20 questions (i dont even know if i answered them correctly as i dont normally fill that stuff in) they will reset the password then you enter a new password and recover your account, they bought £50 worth of MS points with my credit card, igot that back to.
