Just looked on my online banking and someone has used my card details to make purchases from I-Tunes £144.97 up to now...possibly another £20 to add on yet.
I rang HSBC and explained whats happened,lady cancelled my card straight away and told me to call back on Monday and speak to the Disputes department between 9-5.
She said i would have the £140+ refunded the next working day and then a dispute would be raised with I-Tunes.
Can it be that easy to get that amount refunded??
Hope i do get the full amount refunded as it has left me short for my Mortgage payment next week.
Anyway i checked my I-Tunes account but i have not made a purchase since Jan 2011 and all my details were deleted around the 2nd week of January.
How could this have happened?
And will they refund me straight away?
