While I was at uni this term, my brother gave my spare ID that I left at home to one of his friends (who's 15/16) - not impressed. He's been using it to get served locally and basically impersonating me, which I'm obviously not comfortable with.
I'd also like it back for sentimental reasons (we got a new one every few years through school), and I can use it to get discounts locally...
Anything I can do?! I've asked my brother to get it back off him, but he's (unsurprisingly) uncooperative so far. Makes me really angry...

And why do you think his brother had it ;)

He took it out of my drawer at home. Left it there as it only gets me discounts at home, and I've got my driving license for ID at uni...

Tell his mum - if he was mine he'd get a kick up the backside for not only using someone else's ID without permission but for being in pubs (which I presume you mean being served locally?) when he's only 15.

I think he's probably not making an attempt to steal your identity, he just wants to get served in bars. I'd probably be over it already, but maybe give your brother a punch anyway ;-)

Agree with Kaks, tell your mum or tell imposters mum. Everyone is scared of their mum!

Yeah tell mummy. Let her sort out your mess.

Or grow a set and do it yourself
