Okay, so I changed over to Virgin yesterday got both laptops up and running fine. This morning I turned the main one on and it would not connect to internet, tryed upstairs one no probs. Tryed to connect wired downstairs still no internet. Have been on the phone most of the day to virgin and they said they can no longer help me its a laptop problem something to do with the IP address not doing what it should (although it was working yesterday) Its set to do the IP thing automatically I have tryed everything I can think of and the laptop it a month out of warranty so im gonna be pissed if I cant fix it. Was thinking of wiping everything and completely starting again but that is a last resort, can anyone please, please help me???
