Sony to launch Blu-ray LCD televisions

As looks for 50% BD marketshare in 2008

Having destroyed HD-DVD sony is now wanting to pick up 50% of the High Definition disk market (I'm sure at a price).

Now that there is no competition, Sony wants it all! The founder members are Sony, Matsushita, Pioneer, Philips, Thomson, LG Electronics, Hitachi & Sharp but there are now many more members and Sony wants 50%!

With no competition we will all have to pay over the odds - remember Pro Duo memory cards 2-3 times more expensive than SD memory, PS3, twice as expensive as Wii & XBox.
