If any of you have been unable to travel to work due to last weeks adverse weather and use Southern Rail services to commute then you can claim for partial or full refunds on your travel tickets. Please note, this only applies to Southern Railways users, not South Western.
Customers are advised that refunds are available due to the recent the weather disruption for Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 February 2009 unused tickets will receive a full refund.
For other daily tickets refunds will be 100% for 2 hours delay and 50% for a 1 hour delay.
For seasons including weeklies customers may apply for a refund on expiry of their ticket.
